Uveous software products are licensed, not sold. Enterprise licences are granted subject to a separate Software Licence Agreement signed between Uveous Softtech Pvt. Ltd. and the client organisation.

3. Intellectual Property

All software, content, trademarks, and materials on this website and within Uveous products remain the exclusive intellectual property of Uveous Softtech Pvt. Ltd.

4. Limitation of Liability

Uveous Softtech is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our software beyond the limits specified in the signed enterprise agreement.
